The Gobi Desert is the largest Asian desert and stretches out between two countries – Mongolia to the north and China to the south and was an ancient network of trade routes that were, for centuries, central to cultural interaction between the east and west. The deep blue and grey of the Gobi collar represent the east/west connecyion while the continuous strip of leather, the famous silk road.
All desert series collars are hand-made tan and brown leather with hand-woven thread and all-natural dyes. Each collar is fitted with antique brass hardware.
