The Mojave Desert is the driest desert in North America, receiving an average of 13 inches of rain a year. Joshua Trees, which are native only to the Mojave Desert, are a famous species of tree that we wanted to exemplify with this collar. The predominantly brown leather depicts the dryness of the Mojave, but the hints of blue and red celebrate the rain that makes life in this harsh climate possible.
All desert series collars are hand-made tan and brown leather with hand-woven thread and all-natural dyes. Each collar is fitted with antique brass hardware.
